A complex sales summary report was needed on a monthly basis but was so slow the client had to run it over the weekend and hope there were no problems. Using our deep technical knowledge and tools, Allegro was able to pin point the causes and quickly implement a solution. The change was so astounding the client first thought it was broken as the report rolled off the printer in under 15 minutes instead of more than 15 hours. With these improvements, they were able to start looking at their sales information on a weekly basis and deliver quicker responses to their clients.
